Q1Have I got to have done this kind of work before?

No. Each employer runs its own induction, and the four roles were picked because a careful beginner can learn them in a week.

Q2How are the shifts decided?

You list the blocks you can reliably cover on the form. The employer confirms those, and you can ask to move them later through the same HR chat.

Q3Is a tablet enough?

Not really. All four roles use spreadsheets or a help desk that expect a proper keyboard and screen, so a laptop or desktop is the safe choice.

Q4Does it matter that I'm in a regional town?

No. The work is all in a browser, and employers on this page hire right across New South Wales and beyond.

Q5Where does my pay come from?

Straight from the employer who takes you on, on their normal pay cycle and at the rate they put in writing. TalentZuri never handles wages.
